Delicious food and super friendly staff! The menu was packed with so many tempting options—it was honestly hard to choose because everything looked so good. The place can get a bit warm with just ceiling fans, but it’s still comfortable overall. Definitely worth a visit if you love great flavors and a welcoming vibe!

My wife and I ordered the Beef Benny croissant and the pesto chicken bagel burger. Both dishes were excellent. I loved how crunchy the croissant was and the flavors were just right. The seasoning had the perfect balance of salt and the portion sizes were spot on. Many cafes tend to overdo the salt but Seed Cafe has got it just right. The coffee was delicious too. We tried the latte and really enjoyed it. Definitely coming back for more.

Managed to squeeze a brunch in here on our last day in Colombo and it was SO worth it. Their coffee is beyond phenomenal and the matcha mango and peach is a must try. For meals we had the chilli folded egg croissant and the biscoff French toast. Both dishes were beyond exceptional. My only regret is waiting to try this place until our last day! Can’t wait to come back.

The coffee is excellent, and their healthy food choices are fresh and flavorful. I especially loved the smoothie bowls and vegan treats. The staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are on the higher side ($$$), but totally worth it for the quality. There's no air conditioning, but the natural ventilation works well enough to keep things comfortable. Overall, a 5-star spot for anyone who enjoys great food in a place with character.

Seed is a cute café in Colombo, Sri Lanka, surrounded by greenery and very peaceful. It has a calm and relaxing vibe — perfect for meeting a friend or working on your laptop. The staff is really friendly, the service is fast, and the place feels cozy with both indoor and outdoor seating. The atmosphere is chill and nice. The menu has a lot of choices, both sweet and savory. We tried the iced caramel latte, Milo iced, and a croissant filled with eggs and meat — everything was tasty and well made. The only downside was the mosquitoes inside the café — they kept biting me, so we had to rush a bit and couldn’t fully relax. Also, for those three items, we spent around 20€, which is a bit expensive for the area. Still, if you’re looking for a quiet and pretty spot with good food and fast service, Seed is worth a visit — just bring some mosquito spray!
